Helen Chin-Donofrio is the Senior Manager of Enterprise Business Solutions for the City of Mississauga. She has led the development of the City’s SAP 5 Year Roadmap and managed the implementation of key initiatives including SuccessFactors, Concur and Fiori. Currently, Helen is managing the SAP S/4HANA Program which includes the technical migration and implementation of new modules and features to provide business value.
