John is an Information Technology leader with over 20 years of business application implementation experience spanning multiple enterprise platforms, technologies, and industries. John leverages his IT management consulting experience, program delivery, and seasoned leadership and motivational skills to deliver technology based solutions to drive business process efficiencies and achieve business objectives. John most recently led Esri’s successful migration from SAP ECC 6.0 to SAP S/4HANA 1809 deployed on Microsoft Azure. The scope of Esri’s 18 month implementation included targeted re-engineering of Esri's Order to Cash (OTC) business processes and the Advantage Program/Training Pass customer enablement programs, as well as a brownfield migration of existing core ERP business processes. Over 100+ integrations were deployed to integrate SAP S/4HANA with SalesForce, SuccessFactors, My Esri customer portal, E-Commerce, and Esri's product subscription and license management systems.
