Carl Boisvert

Carl Boisvert is currently leading the implementation of SAP S/4HANA at Fisheries and Oceans Canada and the Canadian Coast Guard. Prior to this position, he was the Director of Financial Advisory for Fisheries and Oceans Canada regional offices and the lead financial advisor for the departmental implementation of Canada’s Oceans Protection Plan. He is a Chartered Professional Accountant with over 20 years of experience in financial management in the public sectors. Carl holds a Bachelor of Administration from Université du Québec à Hull.
