Paul Ovigele is the founder of ERPfixers, an online micro-consulting platform (https://www.erpfixers.com). He has worked as an ERP financials consultant since 1997 in both North America and Europe, specializing in implementing the FI and CO modules along with their integrated areas for companies in industries such as consumer goods, chemicals, logistics, pharmaceuticals, apparel and entertainment. Paul has delivered numerous training sessions to finance professionals at both the functional and managerial levels, and he has presented at various SAP financials conferences around the world.
Birgit Starmanns is the Global Head of oCFO COE Thought Leadership Strategy and Programs in the Global Center of Excellence for Finance and Risk. She also has responsibility for the go-to-market of new finance and risk solutions that leverage new technologies such as machine learning and cloud, and the business benefits they can bring to organizations. Her functional experience is in finance and management accounting, including SAP S/4HANA Finance, as well as core SAP ERP and SAP EPM. Birgit has over 30 years of experience across the Center of Excellence (COE), solution marketing, solution management, strategic customer communities, and management consulting organizations. Prior to SAP, she was a principal in management consulting organizations, including Price Waterhouse and several boutique firms. Birgit holds a BA and MBA from the College of William and Mary.
Mr. Hilker has been working in the field of financial and management accounting for 20+ years in various roles including development, consulting and product management. He is an advocate of financial excellence, enterprise optimization and profitable growth and has presented and published on the topic of Finance and Management Accounting in numerous occasions. He currently serves as global solution owner for SAP Central Finance with GTM responsibility across all markets, channels, and related products. His past and current professional affiliations ASUG, IMA, CAM-I, the Resource Consumption Accounting Institute (RCA-I), Society of Cost Management (SCM) and the International Controller Association (ICV).
Mitresh Kundalia heads the SAP practice at Quality Systems & Software (www.QSandS.com), a consulting firm specializing in SAP S/4HANA, SAP General Ledger, and complex System Landscape Optimization (SLO)-type reorganizations. Mitresh is widely acknowledged as a leading SAP expert, with multiple publications and an SAP-PRESS book to his credit. He has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles and white papers, and he has given presentations at various SAP conferences and events. Mitresh is the chief solutions architect of General Ledger Migration Optimizer (GLMO), a leading product to accelerate and jump-start the SAP S/4HANA and SAP General Ledger initiatives; SAP Data Reorganization Optimizer (SDRO), an SLO-type product for managing complex system landscape reorganizations; and Group Currency Activation and Conversion (GCAC), a product suite to manage introduction of parallel currencies and conversion of data in a live SAP system.
Rizal (Riz) serves as Wellesley Information Service’s Chief of Content. He oversees content and business planning, helping WIS’s global customers and partners discover new ways to leverage content for competitive advantage. Prior to WIS, Riz was a Research Associate with Forrester Research and a reporter for the Manila Times in the Philippines. Riz earned dual degrees from Dartmouth College in History and Economics.
